  • For the MNS exam 2021, only female applicants who are unmarried/divorcee/ legally separated/widow without impositions will be eligible. 
  • The applicant has to be an Indian resident. 
  • Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English exams with at least 50% aggregate score as a regular student in Class 12 or equivalent (12 years of schooling). 
  • Each applicant will be investigated according to the physical health requirements established by the Armed Forces Commission. Chest and USG X-ray tests will be carried out for the same reason. 
  •  The minimum height should not be less than 152 cm for candidates applying for the exam. 

MNS Exam 2021 application form - Documents to Keep Ready 

Candidates must keep the following documents ready in advance in order to successfully apply the MNS exam 2021 application form.
Applicants will have to upload a scanned image of the following documents listed below, in compliance with the requirements set by the competent authority, when filling out the online MNS registration form. 

  • Photograph: Latest photograph with color. The scanned picture image must range from 5KB to 20 KB.
  • Signature: An illustration with a black pen on white paper of the candidate's signature. The picture scanned must be between 5 and 10 KB. 

To fill out the application form, candidates should follow the steps below: 

  • For filling the application form you must visit the official website of the Indian Army i.e., https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/index.htm. Then click on the continue button to start the registration process. 
  • Sign in with your username and password if you're already registered. Tap on Registration to submit a new registration. 
  • After reading the essential instructions shown on the screen, click on the continuation button below. 
  • Complete all mandatory information such as Aadhaar No or Enrolment No, then enter Aadhaar No, Name, Name of Father/Guardian, Name of Mother, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile No. Information such as name etc. must match those on the registration page in the matriculation certificate or class 10 or equivalent and click on the submit button below. 
  • To proceed, candidates must enter the OTP sent to their registered email ID and press the submit button. 
  • Complete the remaining mandatory fields, set your password and press Save to proceed. 
  • To proceed, click the Contact Information button, then click the 'Update' button to edit any of the fields. 
  • To complete the registration, fill out the contact information and click on 'Save & Proceed'. 
  • Click the 'OK' button on the pop-up message that 'Record Saved Successfully' appears. On the dashboard, click on 'Submit Online'. 
  • The Apply button will appear if the applicant is qualified. To continue, click on 'Apply'. On the dashboard, you can go to 'My Profile' to search and edit some of the fields. 
  • To fill in the online application form, read the important instructions and click on Proceed. Fill the remaining mandatory fields, upload a picture and signature as per given requirements and click on the 'Save & Continue' tab to proceed.
  • Fill in the specifics of the communication again and click on the tab 'Save & Continue' to continue. 
  • To continue, fill out the information and click on the 'Save & Continue' tab. 
  • The description of your details will be displayed on this tab, please review your details before clicking the Submit Now button after which no changes can be made to the application. To change any of the information, click the 'Edit' tab. 
  • Make the payment only after the activation of the link, which could take between 24 and 48 hours, via the payment link below. 
  • The applicant has to login into the Officers Entry Apply/Login again (refer points 1 and 2). On the dashboard, click on 'Submit Online'. 
  • Click on the 'Apply' button to go to the payment link page. The eligibility page will open. 
  • Enter the bank's DU reference number after the payment and select the written test center from the drop-down menu below.
  • To complete the submission, click on the Submit button.
