By planning, we mean making a timetable for the MNS 2022exam. Students often make strategies and time table for MNS preparation but fail to follow them. Have you ever wondered why it failed? What was wrong? Think!
Well, things are a bit different today. Students attempting MNS 2022 exam this year are facing unique challenges. They have suffered a lot because of pandemics and lockdown. It has made a negative impact on their physical as well as mental health. They are stressed and abstracted. In this situation, maintaining and following a timetable is a tough row to hoe.
Students have a lot of queries on how to make a timetable for the MNS 2022 exam. Do we need to wake up at 5 in the morning and sleep at 10:00 at night or study for the whole day, minimizing our sleep? Understanding the problem, we have tried to provide tips on creating a timetable for MNS 2022 exam.
What students don't understand is that a timetable needs to fit in your mental capacity. You cannot jump onto big things in the first go. Everything needs to be in a proper format.
One thing to keep in mind is that you cannot study for five to six hours straight. Rome wasn't built in a day. Similarly, your habits will change gradually, and eventually, you will be more focused. So don't force yourself. Avoid making a timetable that's a bit harsh on you, and you fail to follow it.
Another crucial point to keep in mind when creating MNS 2022 exam is the period of the session. Always keep your session for a short period. That means do not make a timetable like 7:30-8:30 then 9:00-10:00 and so on. This sort of schedule is hectic and will never work.
You should understand one thing that you don't have to study the whole day. Our brain doesn't work like this. The retention power of a person lasts for 25-30 minutes. After 25 minutes, you need a break. The purpose behind the short session is that when you take a break, the brain cells again rebuild their retaining power to process the information. That's why it is recommended to take a break after a session of 25- 30 minutes.
The first thing you need to do is divide your day into three phases. It means that you have to divide your learning period into three intervals- morning, afternoon, and night. Prepare those subjects that you found difficult in peak hours. Peak hours are different for everyone. Identify that what part of the day you are highly attentive to study.
Always involve taking a break after a session of 25 minutes in your timetable. Take a rest of at least 10 minutes. There is an app named- Productivity Challenge Timer available on the play store. In this app, you have short sessions of 25 minutes. This app works on the Pomodoro technique. According to this technique, your brain doesn't work efficiently after 25 minutes. So you need to study for 25-30 minutes and then take a break of 5 minutes. After 4-5 sessions, take a rest of 20-30 minutes. These segmented time capsules for study are ideal for preparations. They will ensure better retention levels.
If you follow this technique in your MNS 2022 timetable, you can study for 8-10 hours a day without exhausting.
Another mistake students often make is sacrificing their sleep. It is not a part of your MNS 2022 timetable. Getting enough sleep will make you learn better. After all, your brain also needs to rest and constructively process the information. Try to get 6-7 hours of sleep. Many will complain that it's not possible to sleep and study. But isn't timetables made for the managing job?
